In the Basilica of S.Alessandro at Fiesole are exposed the splendid staind glasses executed by Luisa Del Campana, with scenes of the life of Christ and of the saints. The exibition"Vitreaux" that has already been presented in the benedictine Abbey of Vallombrosa, has then passed to Fiesole because of the sensibility of Bishop Giovannetti. The organization has been curated by the "Caritas" for charity; the nomber of the visitors is notable.The lives of the saints, portrayed with poetic vigore by the painting of Del Campana, harmonize well with the life of prayer and with the ecstatic silences of the saints and mistics.
